What is assisted stretching?

An assisted stretching session sets you up with the tools to increase flexibility, prevent injury, correct muscular imbalances and recover from your workout.

What do we offer?

One of our Personal Trainers with a specialized assisted stretching certification will guide you through stretches based on your flexibility and fitness needs. You will leave a 15 or 30-minute session feeling relaxed and knowledgeable about what your body needs following a workout.
